The real estate is fairly alright. In certain communities it could be better though. I have scene many houses foreclosed and left abandoned which i think if they built the homes up higher off the ground they could have been better flood protection from hurricane harvey.
Overall Houston,tx is great it has perks like beach is only 1 hour away which is dope. Also they have some of the best mexican restaurants ever. Also depending where you go the people are amazing and very country might I ask lol.
