PODMG Records is a dynamic and evolving music label that has been shaping the industry since 2009. The journey began with LilSimi, who started as Young Sache (also known as MsVersache) – a dedicated promoter and a champion of emerging talent. In those early years, she focused on laying the foundation for what would become a powerhouse in the music world, helping to amplify the voices of new artists and building a network that would support future growth.
As the music industry continued to evolve, so did LilSimi. In 2018, she made the bold decision to change her stage name to LilSimi, aligning it more closely with her artistic vision and brand. The transition was a reflection of her growth as both an artist and an entrepreneur, but it didn’t stop there.
In 2024, to stay relevant and keep up with the changing times, LilSimi rebranded once again, this time to BigSimi. The new name symbolizes her empowerment and the strength she’s built throughout her career, and it marks a new era in her journey.
Through the years, BigSimi has managed to stay relevant and ahead of the curve, continuously adapting and expanding her influence in the music world. From her early days as a promoter to now leading a label that supports creativity and innovation, PODMG Records remains a driving force in the industry—empowering artists and keeping the spirit of music alive since 2009.
